Preschool Ministry at The People's Church

Special Needs

We’re dedicated to providing an enriching environment that will help children take their next steps toward Christ. Our Special Needs Ministry strives to offer the best possible experience for children with developmental, emotional or physical handicaps for children ages birth-fifth grade as well as young adults.

The partnership of a “special needs buddy” who is matched to each child based on personality and unique needs provides the personal attention needed for the child to reap the greatest benefits from the weekly experience at The People’s Church.

How To Get Started:

To best serve your child, please decide which time period(s) you will regularly attend The People’s Church. Your child’s buddy will then be matched and scheduled to greet and assist your child each week. Keep in mind, if your schedule changes, you will need to give your child’s buddy advance notice, so he or she can plan accordingly. Monthly schedules and contact information will be provided for you.

If you are ready to launch your child into an exciting experience at Preschool Park, supported by a special buddy, please fill out the Special Needs Buddy Form and return it to the Information Desk in the Grand Lobby.
